BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1/3 - 1/2 container of cream cheese

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese

  • Ranch to your taste

DIRECTIONS

Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot covered in water or chicken stock. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Take the chicken out and shred it with a fork.

Place shredded chicken back in the crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for another hour or so.

Plate your dip and garnish with more blue cheese or drizzle on ranch.

I use taco chips or veggies to dip with. Another option is to make a meal out of it and put the buffalo chicken in a lettuce wrap.
