BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1/3 - 1/2 container of cream cheese

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese

  • Ranch to your taste

DIRECTIONS

Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot covered in water or chicken stock. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Take the chicken out and shred it with a fork.

Place shredded chicken back in the crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for another 2 hours.

Plate your dip and garnish with more blue cheese or drizzle on ranch.

I use taco chips or veggies to dip with. Another option is to make a meal out of it and put the buffalo chicken in a lettuce wrap.
