EASY ROASTED VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS

  • Head of broccoli

  • Baby carrots

  • Olive oil

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • Salt & pepper

  • Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

 

Cut up the broccoli and place in bowl with carrots. Drizzle olive oil over the broccoli and carrots.

Add salt and pepper along with 2 cloves of minced garlic, mix together. Pour veggies onto a cookie sheet and place in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes.

 

Once veggies are done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
