MANGO CHICKEN SALSA LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mangoes peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 onion chopped

  • 1 cucumber peeled & chopped

  • 1 roasted chicken chopped

  • 1 lime

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 head of butter lettuce

  • Drizzle of ranch

DIRECTIONS

Add mangoes, onion, and cucumber in bowl. Squeeze lime over the mixture & add a dash of sugar. Mix. If you want heat add some chopped jalapeno.

Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Place chicken on each individual leaf.

Add salsa on top and serve.
