MY FAVORITE BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • Ezekiel bread

  • Avocado

  • Tomatoes (chopped)

  • Green onion (chopped)

  • 2 - 3 handfuls of spinach

  • Hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

Heat up frying pan with avocado oil and place spinach in the pan, saute at medium heat for about 1-2 minutes. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Once the spinach is done, remove from the heat and place on plate.

 

Next add the eggs to the same frying pan, and cook until done.

 

Place bread in toaster.

 

Once toast and eggs are completed, place bread on the same plate as the spinach. Place eggs on top of bread, add chopped tomatoes, avocado and green onion on top of the egg. Top with hot sauce if desired.
