CHIA SEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of chia seeds

  •  2 cups of coconut milk

  • 1 Tbs of Splenda brown sugar

  • Splash of vanilla

  • 1 frozen blended banana

DIRECTIONS

Add chia seeds, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla in container, mix and place in fridge overnight (mixing frequently to avoid clumps).

Take frozen bananas and blend in blender until you get an ice cream consistency.

 

Place pudding into a cup or bowl and then add blended banana on top.
