THE REASON I WORK OUT THE WAY I DO
1 - When is the eight week gym based program coming out?

2 - When is the six week home based program coming out?
It will also be available on my app in two weeks.
3 - What is the duration of the 5 day workouts?
The gym workouts are 45-60 minutes depending on your rest times. Same goes for the home workouts.
4 - What equipment do you need or the 5 day programs?
For the home workouts you only need dumbbells. For the gym workouts you will need many pieces of equipment. Eg. Treadmill dumbbells squat racks. All equipment is listed in the programs.
5 - What equipment is needed for the 6 week home program on your app?
All you will need is set of dumbbells, a booty band, and something to keep track of time with. I suggest having 5-20 pound dumbbells.
6 - Is there nutrition plan?
As of now no. However there will be one coming soon.
7 - What are the workout styles on the app?
For the 8 week gym program I have made these workouts exactly the way I train. They range from Weight Lifting, Cardio, HIIT, Tabata, and much more. You will find a lot of variety to keep you stimulated throughout the program.
The 6 week home based program will follow weekly format consisting of three different workout styles.
8 - Can I execute the gym program from home?
No, the gym program requires the use of commerical gym equipment.
9 - How many workout a week are your programs?
Every program I have created is based on a five day workout schedule.
10 - How long does it take before I see results?
Typically around the 5-6 week mark you will notice a change. Keep in mind you must be pushing yourself during these workouts and sticking to a clean diet.
11. What is intermittent fasting?
Just because the word "fasting" is in the title doesn't mean this is a diet or a way to cut calories. All you are doing is creating a time restricted eating period where you intake your food. Usually a 16 hour fast followed by an eight hour window of eating. You may drink water and black coffee during your fasting hours.
