Hustle is an 8 week gym-based program created by Maggie Gorges. The program is a mixture of multiple workout styles including Cardio, HIIT, Tabata, Circuits, and EMOM. Each workout is around 60 minutes in duration and five workouts per week. This program comes with demo videos to all exercises, a healthy food guide, calculations for figuring out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). This is meant to give you a more accurate count of your daily caloric intake to reach your goals.
