6 week home vol. 2 is a home workout program created by Maggie Gorges. This program consists of many differnet circuit styles including Tabata, Emom, rep based workouts, timed circuits and much more. Each workout is around 30 minutes in duration and five workouts per week. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a glute band, and skipping rope. This program has some light running involved that you can swap out for skipping if needed. You will also see demo videos of each exercise by clicking the exersice photos.
